The reverse features the famous two-tailed Czech lion with the crown of St. Wenceslas and a linden branch, symbols of Czech statehood. The obverse features a profile portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the denomination and year of issue. The coin contains 1/4 ounce of 9999 pure gold and is a limited edition of only 4,970 pieces.
